 A song I wrote after hearing  about Howard passing away. We played a lot of golf together. And I mean a lot. When he would let one sail, he'd yell "Adios..."  Every time I sing this song, I know that Howard is smiling somewhere.

Pick it up Howard, It's good!

Every day we were hearing, "New York City is dying". Suddenly, there were rent deals everywhere in the city. I thought I'd write a song about why I love it here.
